Youthopia is a unique youth leadership program
The program builds on the lived experience of immigrating to Canada while developing leadership skills amongst youth to engage more fully in the broader community and create an inclusive Guelph. Our vision is for young newcomers and youth who were born in Canada to participate in all aspects of our community. Through dynamic arts based leadership programs, we provide youth the opportunity to ignite their creativity and build the confidence to take on any new challenge!
NEW Program - starts January 18, 2012
Our regular Wednesday program will continue at the Guelph Public Library starting Wednesday, January 18, with local filmmaker MANGO! We have lots of great community projects and activities planned. This time we will focus on video and spoken word art, but we always like to mix it up with surprise guests and activities! This is a great way to earn community hours and meet new friends!
