Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP)
Settlement services for CANADIAN CITIZENS, persons with a WORK or STUDENT PERMIT, REFUGEE CLAIMANTS, and TEMPORARY RESIDENTS
Under this program, we assist CANADIAN CITIZENS, REFUGEE CLAIMANTS, persons with a WORK or STUDENT PERMIT, and TEMPORARY RESIDENTS, as well as PERMANENT RESIDENTS and CONVENTION REFUGEES. Clients are assisted through confidential and culturally sensitive counselling and orientation sessions offered individually and in groups. We offer services in various languages and at no cost to clients. This program is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.
