Be the Change

Be the Change is a project that recruits new immigrants and refugees from ethnospecific communities who are interested in developing grassroots projects to address various issues. The program takes place over six months (September to March). During this time participants receive the community development skills training and hands-on experience that they will need to complete their chosen projects.

The 2009/10 session is now closed.

This program may also be of interest to service providers who wish to diversify their human resources and introduce to their work grassroots projects based on mutual aid.
