Immigrant-Services Guelph Wellington is seeking a skilled leader and community builder to continue to build success for our community. Our new leader will be a highly skilled communicator, and an excellent advocate for inclusion of immigrants into the whole of our community. The leader is able to build upon existing partnerships, and further develop strategic partnerships to support the agency’s reputation for responsive and diverse settlement programs and financial stability.
It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that the Board of Directors announces Roya Rabbani’s departure as Executive Director of Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington (IS-GW), effective July 29, 2016. Since October 2008, Roya has played a critical role in the development and success of the organization. As a result of her eight years of dedicated service, IS-GW has risen from an agency with an uncertain future to an organization recognized locally and nationally for innovative programs and exceeding benchmarks.
